International Class at Aarhus College of
Education
Curriculum |
Vision:
The international dimension at Aarhus College of Education aims at
establishing mutual understanding with foreign cultures, societies,
values, and ways of professionalism in order that students and teachers
may develop cultural competence, professionally as well as personally,
qualifying them to communicate with different cultures, e.g. in the
Danish Folkeskole.
Furthermore the international dimension aims at
contributing to a dynamic professional development of theory and
practice. |
|
|
Values:
International dimensions in education are valuable:
-
because they entail inspiration and professional development, leading
to improvement in various fields for students, teachers and subjects.

established, which in the daily professional practice may provide a
basis for understanding and respecting diverse attitudes to the
Danish folkeskole.
- because they provide opportunities for achieving personal
growth.
